This Kiawah Island, South Carolina residence was designed with multiple goals and purposes in mind for its busy owners. While the initial intent was to use the house as a vacation home, the owners' five year plan was to make the home their primary residence. Having lived all over the world with their three school-age children, the owners wanted an island retreat filled with things they love, including mementos of all their travels.
