Interior Architect/Designer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or Powercadd, Revit, and Sketchup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Though it is not required, proficiency in Photoshop and/or InDesign is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Construction knowledge, experience working and interfacing with builders and subcontractors
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop detailed documents, including, but not limited to: 
     - Interior elevations, including built in cabinetry, trim details, finish details as required
     - Electrical Plans
     - Reflected Ceiling Plans
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to incorporate unique custom details and design solutions
  • Maintain, organize project files, schedules and specifications
  • Proficient time management skills to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to meet deadlines and budgets 
  • Work with the entire team; architect, interior designer, outside consultants, client and builder
